TO WHAT PURPOSE DOES GRUP MORALES USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Grup Morales treats the information provided by users interested in its services in accordance with the following purposes:

1.  Managing contact requests
2.  Managing and informing about our real estate promotions, associated products and services, as well as collaborating third parties.
3.  In the case of job applications, managing the job request, keeping the candidate informed about the personnel selection process and notifying him or her about future job offers in our organization.
4.  Keeping the contact database.
5.  Managing complaints, claims, suggestions and recommendations from customers that may lead to the provision of services and related work to solve them.
6.  Sending out information about our property developments, should we obtain authorization to do so.
7.  In some cases, we may carry out  segmentation works. Segmentation or profiling may be carried out with the purpose of tageting the advertising materials that we send out. Automated decisions are not made based on the profiles. In no case shall the segmentation or profiling carried out by Grup Morales have legal or significant effects on the interested party.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

The data provided will be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, or for as long as is necessary to comply with the legal obligations.

Also, Grup Morales periodically and  on its own initiative carries out an analysis of the data retention periods, eliminating data that is consideredto be obsolete or outdated.

WHAT IS THE LAWFUL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is based on the consent granted when completing any of the forms provided by Grup Morales of your services.

WHO WILL RECEIVE YOUR DATA?

No transfer of data to third parties is foreseen, except for those mandatory by law.

This nothwithstanding, certain service providers already designated as being in charge of processing the data may access the data for the sole purpose of providing the contracted service, following the instructions of the Company, and are not allowed to use the data for any other purpose.  All suppliers subscribe confidentiality agreements regarding the use of the information they access for the provision of their services, in accordance with current regulations.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS WHEN YOU GIVE US YOUR DATA?

Any person has the right to request access, modification or deletion to their personal data, or to request limitation of their treatment, or to oppose to the processing, as well as the right to the portability of the data  and the right to withdraw consent to any of its purposes. For this you can send a letter to Grup Morales, to the address calle Fogars de Tordera 63, 08916 Badalona (Barcelona) or through the email info@grupmorales.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise. You will need to provide proof of identity by attaching photocopy of your ID card (DNI/NIE/Passport).

Likewise, we inform you that you have the right to file a claim with the competent control authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency), if you consider that there has been any type of violation in relation to the processing of your personal data.

In the event that the limitation of the processing of your data is requested, we will only keep it for the exercise or defense of claims and in cases of opposition the data will no longer be processed, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims

Grup Morales declares to have adopted all the technical and organisational measures required to ensure the security and integrity of the personal data which it processes, in order to avoid its loss, alteration or unauthorised third-party access.

Grup Morales reserves the right to modify this policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or court rulings, as well as to industry practices.

WE VALUE YOUR COLLABORATION

In Grup Morales we try to control, within our possibilities, the correct use of personal data for which we are responsible by third parties to whom we have had to provide with the data. For this reason we request that, should you have knowledge or suspicion that any of our aforementioned suppliers is making an improper use of your personal information, please notify us as soon as possible in order to take the pertinent actions.

Likewise, in order to guarantee that the information we have is correct and up to date, we ask that you kindly inform us of any change or necessary correction in your data.
